All training is scheduled in advance and based on availability.

Monday – Thursday 06:00 – 20:00
Saturday 06:00 – 12:00

Training Fees

NO CONTRACTS/PAID MONTHLY
Most training is conducted in a semi-private format (1-4 athletes/adults). Personal training is also available. Both athlete and adult training fees are the same and must be paid in advance of training and in full per month. Every person must also pay an additional $50/month which grants them full access to Rise Performance.
