2018 Summer Sports Training

Summer Programs 2018

  1. “SPEED sKILLS” FIELD SESSIONS (Middle School/High School)
    “SPEED sKILLS” is a field-based speed program for athletes. Open to both male and female athletes.

    $150 – 2 Days Per Week for entire 6 Weeks

    $200 – Unlimited (Up to 4 Days Per Week) for entire 6 Weeks

    This program is included FREE if registered in our Summer Sports Performance Program.

  2. “Elite Summer” Sports Performance Program(HS/Collegiate/Professional)This comprehensive performance program is designed for athletes serious about competition. Includes athlete assessment, jump training, “SPEED sKILLS” speed and agility program included, strength training and injury reduction, information on nutrition, goal setting and mindset strategies, recovery sessions and strategies.
